Treason, by anyone’s definition

April 14, 2010

the New York Times is preparing to go public with a list of names of Americans covertly working in Afghanistan providing force protection for our troops, as well as the rest of our Coalition Forces. If the Times actually sees this through, the red ink they are drowning in will be nothing compared to the blood their entire organization will be covered with.

If you don’t want to read that the gist of it is that the NY times possibly via the CIA is working on a story to publish the names, and who knows what else about folks working undercover in Afghanistan doing things we will never know about.

If this story is published, and a single drop of American blood is shed as a result (and by all accounts it would be more like buckets or barrels of blood) every single person involved in this from both the New York times and the CIA should be arrested, tried for treason and executed. This is not a freedom of press issue, its a war and operational security issue. This makes my blood boil.

The CIA it seems is playing its own little game with its opponent being the DOD! This is insane, a whole lot of someone’s need to be fired and black balled from the intel community forever because of this.
