I don’t even…

October 21, 2011

I have lots of words to describe checkpoints and random searches on highways and by-ways.
None of them however are fit for polite company aside from Tyranny.

I really don’t know what to say about this, but folks need to see it and understand what it means:

Via Oleg Volk:

the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and several other federal and state agencies for a safety enforcement and awareness operation on Tennessee’s interstates and two metropolitan-area bus stations. They are randomly inspecting vehicles on highways in Tennessee.

There is now a hell of a lot of militant and legal talk about what to do about this.
I’m going to stay out of the discussion, but I will say that if someone wanted to get enough murmuring and talk going on that a “strike” against one of these checkpoints could be construed to look like the work of those of us on the armed and angry right, they would be hard pressed to do better than these checkpoints and random searches.

Interesting times indeed.
